How Consignment Works

• We sell items on behalf of individual sellers (consignment).

• Most items are one-of-one; replacements may not be available.

Shipping & Tracking

• Orders are processed as quickly as possible.

• Tracking is provided after shipment (email/SMS if available).

• Delivery time depends on carrier + destination.

• Confirm your address—changes may not be possible after shipment.

• If marked “Delivered” but not found: check neighbors/carrier, then contact us.

Returns & Refunds

• Return items in the same condition as received.
